Twelve years of living in Thailand has shaped my path in profound ways. It opened the door to learning from respected teachers across Asia and experiencing yoga in some of the most spiritual places on earth.
My journey has carried me from Japan and South Korea to India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, the Philippines, and beyond. Each place adding its own layer of wisdom.
It brings me joy to share the knowledge I’ve gathered across decades, shaped by Eastern traditions and personal experience, with the students I’m fortunate enough to guide here in Lyon, France.
